See this aricle in Pubmed

Article Abstract
Early administration of intravenous aspirin in patients with acute ischemic stroke treated with alteplase does not improve outcome and increases the risk of SICH. The results of this trial do not support a change of the current guidelines, which advise to start antiplatelet therapy 24 h after alteplase.
